-I have the right to decline any commission or cancel a commission at ANY TIME in the commission process (full refunds are available until AFTER the sketch phase in which I will keep a certain percent as a work fee depending on how far in the commission process I am.)

-I will send updates of the commission, but excessive nagging or rushing the process will result in cancelation of the commission

-I will not tolerate my artwork being used for training AI, NFTS, or any sort of thing in relation to that. If you use my artwork in these ways you will immediately blacklisted. You will also not get a refund depending on where in the process the commission was.

-All artwork is for personal use only and is not to be used for commercial reasons unless explicitly spoken about with me.

-All artwork will have my signature in it, (unless discussed)

-I will not negotiate prices lower than the base price
